Pierre Laniau, who was born in Paris, manages to successfully combine two careers working both as a visual artist and a concert musician. Since 1988, his videos, photos and paintings have been exploring the question of mankind’s transformation. In 2016, Picasso museum director Laurent Le Bon will show his “Galerie des princes” at Palais de Tokyo, during Choices the gallery week-end. He will also be part of the group show titled “Yes I can” at Walter Benjamin museum in Perpignan. His works are to be found in numerous private collections such as Marcel Brient or Bernard Magrez.
