A three-part title for a composite work that says the artist’s internal divisions. Left: a thin puppet that self-portraits itself (it frames its head) and paints the four lives of its couple. The artist in me? In the Center: an ethical being, red and massive, with a small bicycle in the head, which wields two revolutionary flags. My militant part that the artist part tries in vain to silence? Right: a face at the window with an enveloping arm that takes the train to go to London where my future wife works. The happy lover against blue sky?
