SUPPORT FOR EXHIBITION SCENOGRAPHY – “DE PLAIN-PIED” – XAVIER VEILHAN – FRAC DES PAYS DE LA LOIRE
The Collection RAJA – Art Contemporain is pleased to support the exhibition De plain-pied, a monographic exhibition by the artist Xavier Veilhan taking place at the FRAC des Pays de la Loire (Nantes location) from May 17 to September 1, 2024 (curator: Claire Staebler).
RAJA, through the Collection RAJA – Art Contemporain, has made possible the production of the exhibition’s cardboard scenography, imagined by Xavier Veilhan and scenographer Alexis Bertrand. Several honeycomb cardboard modules are deployed in the exhibition space, acting as pedestals, seats, cases and spacers, blurring the boundary between artworks and scenography.
All the cardboard elements are designed to be dismantled and reused for future projects, testifying to the shared commitment of FRAC, Xavier Veilhan and RAJA to sobriety and recycling.
